Background: Patient satisfaction in the emergency department is an indicator of quality healthcare service provided. The increased workload and stress workers due to ongoing pandemic can affect patient care thus satisfaction. This study compares levels COVID-19 non-COVID-19 patients department. 
 Tools Methods: In this prospective, observational survey study, brief scale (BEPSS) was used establish patients.
 Results: Satisfaction were significantly higher, while waiting times quite shorter for than patients. triage categories had no effect on patients, lower with green tags those yellow red among Conclusion: higher short have a significant impact
